My approach to client care … Each person receives individual attention. No two people are alike and people with the same hearing loss can have different communication needs. Everyone receives a standardized assessment, however, their treatment is tailored to their individual needs. I take the time to find out what is important to each person and to make sure that the solution fits their needs and their budget.
