Welcome to Capital Hearing Wellness Center, a practice deeply rooted in personalized, patient-centered care. Founded with the vision of providing exceptional hearing health services, our mission is to empower individuals through improved hearing and quality of life.
The name “Hearing Wellness Centers of Maine” reflects more than just an investment in your health; it also honors my personal journey, as I was born in Augusta, the capital of Maine, where our practice is proudly located. After serving nine years of active duty in the Air Force, I transitioned to audiology to focus on helping people in a more personal way. My diverse educational background includes an AAS in Law Enforcement, an AAS in Public Health, a BA in Forensic Psychology, and a Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
Living right here in Augusta allows me to stay close to family, providing my two children with the opportunity to grow up surrounded by loved ones. Outside of the office, I enjoy reading, volunteering, theatre, golfing, skiing, and tackling home renovation projects, all of which keep me connected to the community I serve.

In order to become certified by Excellence in Audiology, a provider is rigorously tested by a highly respected panel of examiners to demonstrate their auditory and cognitive knowledge, clinical skills, and judgment.
